Vault is where you request quotes and track jewellery production in one place. You submit what you need with full specs, we price it, and once you approve, you watch the order move from casting to dispatch in real time. No WhatsApp threads, no chasing updates, no guessing where an order stands.
We respond within 24 hours of submission with a full line-by-line breakdown for every product. You then have 48 hours to review and approve before the quote expires. If it does expire, you can reopen or duplicate it and resubmit in a couple of clicks.
Yes. Every product moves through nine production stages, from casting to final quality check. Each stage is updated with real photos, so you always know exactly what is done, what is in progress, and what is still pending.
Yes. Attach your design files and details when you request a quote. Catalogue pieces, modifications of existing designs, and fully custom briefs all run through the same quoting, production, and quality process.
Sign in, complete your brand profile once, then open Request a Quote. Add each product with its metal, stone, product type, quantity, and any design files or reference details. You can request several products in a single quote and save it as a draft before you submit.
Approval turns the quote into a live order automatically. We assign it to a manufacturer and production begins. You never deal with the manufacturer directly. Everything stays inside Vault, and your identity and theirs are never shared with each other.
Yes. Your invoice, stone certification, and product lifecycle report are uploaded to Vault and available to download from the completed order. Everything lives in one place, so you are not digging through email for documents months later.
